About this notice
This notice describes how Wize Solutions, Inc. handles information collected through the Wize Solutions mobile app (the “App”). It applies only to the App. Information collected through our website is covered by our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided by Wize Solutions, Inc., 9683 S 500 W, Sandy, UT 84070. The App is published to Google Play by Pega Digital on behalf of Wize Solutions. Wize Solutions determines how information collected through the App is used.
The App is an internal work tool for Wize Solutions field crews and employees. It is not intended for use by the general public or by customers.
Information the App collects

The App does not collect precise location, contacts, health information, financial account information, or advertising identifiers.
How we use this information
We use information collected through the App to operate the App, authenticate users, document installation work for our projects and customers, maintain project records, and support and troubleshoot the App.
We do not use App information for advertising. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Photographs
Photographs taken through the App document bills of lading, delivered material, and work performed at customer facilities. These photographs may incidentally include people, property, or materials belonging to our customers, carriers, or other parties present at a site, and bill of lading images may include carrier and consignee details and signatures. We use these photographs for project documentation, material verification, quality assurance, and communication with the customer for that project.
Who we share information with
We share information collected through the App with:
- Our cloud hosting and application service providers, to operate the App
- Our customers, where job site photographs and work records relate to their project
- Professional advisors, auditors, and law enforcement, where required for legal, regulatory, or compliance purposes
We require service providers to use this information only to provide services to us.
Retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Job site photographs and work records are retained as project records.
Your choices and rights
You can control camera and photo permissions at any time through your device settings. Declining camera access will prevent photo capture but does not otherwise disable the App.
App accounts are created and managed by Wize Solutions. You cannot register an account yourself through the App, and closing your account is handled by Wize Solutions when your access is no longer required.
If you are a Wize Solutions employee, your rights regarding personal information we hold about you, including the right to know, delete, or correct that information, are described in the employee privacy notice in the employee handbook, available through the HR Portal. You may also submit a request using our privacy request form or by emailing privacy@wizesolutions.com.
Children
The App is a work tool for employees and is not directed to or intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
